So this is the kind of post I like. This is another replacement of a rubber or EPDM roof. Apparently this roof was done about 2 years ago and, as you can see, failing badly. Life expectancy of 50 years, 10 year guarantee and only lasted 2 years. We really enjoyed stripping this roof off and replacing it with our Torch on system.
Firstly our qualified operatives stripped off the EPDM to the OSB3 decking. We then applied a 2mm torch on underlay felt and a 4.5mm torch on mineral Cap sheet. The detail flashings were tucked into the Aluminium trim detail and brickwork. We also fitted new Upvc Capp-it fascia. All waste was removed from site and disposed of in a correct manner.
