We completed the replacement of this flat roof bay window to a property in Aston, Birmingham

The roof was been leaking badly.

It was decided that the best thing for this roof replacement would be to install an EPDM rubber roof.

We stripped off the old felt roof covering to reveal some rotten timber boards. We stripped out the rotten timber and replaced with a structural moisture resistant OSB3 board. Our qualified operatives then proceeded to install the 1.2mm thick EPDM rubber roof covering.

All waste was removed from site and disposed of in the correct manner.
