Extension Roof Replacement Glascote

Recently we worked on this flat felt roof replacement to a rear extension to a property in Glascote, Tamworth.
The roof was leaking a little and had seen better days. The customer had said that it had been replaced over 40 years ago and had just started to leak so wanted us to do a full roof replacement.
First of all we stripped off the existing grit and waterproofing to reveal the timber plywood deck. We then applied a 2mm torch on underlay felt followed by a 4.5mm black mineral torch on Capsheet. All edging details were also finished in the same material.
This roof is now covered by our standard 15 year written manufacturers guarantee.
The customer was really happy and has asked us to replace their garage roof which is a little bit younger, for peace of mind as it isn’t leaking yet.
