Flat Roofing Tamworth
A recent job was this felt roof replacement in Tamworth at Riversmeet Veterinary centre.
We had been contacted by the customer to fix a leak to the existing waterproofing. The roof was in a terrible state so we put a quotation together to replace the roof. Once the work was issued to us we arranged for the roof to be scaffolded.
We stripped off the damaged and perished Torch on type felt to reveal the timber deck. Our qualified team then made the roof waterproof by torching a layer of 2mm underlay felt. This was then covered with a 4.5mm polyester cap sheet in black mineral finish and edge details to match.
