Grendon House Re Roof
We recently completed this full house reroof to a property in Grendon, Warwickshire.
The house was being renovated and extended by a local property company and had asked us to install a new roof. 
Firstly, we fitted new vented eve protection trays and covered with new 132g/m2 breathable membrane and 25/50 battens.Once the roof was covered we then installed new grey concrete Marley Ashmore roof tiles.New Dry fix valleys were fitted where required.A new dry fix vented ridge and Hip system was installed.The chimneys were dressed with new soakers and Lead Flashing.
Another roof completed and a very happy customer.
