So the other day we were felt roofing in Lichfield. The customer had recently moved into the house and was aware that the flat roof to the kitchen was in need of some attention.
Firstly we bagged all the loose Grit and stripped off the old pour and roll style felt to reveal the 18mm plywood roof deck.
We then applied our regular torch on roofing specification which comprises of a 2mm torch on underlay felt followed by a 4.5mm black mineral torch on Capsheet. All edging details were also finished in the same material.
This roofing system carries a 15 year manufacturers guarantee.
