Porch Rebuild

Another recent job was this Porch rebuild to a property in Tamworth.

The existing porch was in a bad state of repair. The roof was leaking badly, and the door could no longer close or lock.  We got the new doors and windows ordered and they were ready for collection within 2 weeks.

We stripped off the old felt, roofing timbers and windows and door to leave just the walls and floor.  We then fitted the new Upvc door and window sections.  The new roofing structure was then built onto the Upvc frames using timber joists and OSB3 structural moisture resist boards.

Our qualified operatives then proceeded to apply a 2mm torch on underlay felt followed by a 4.5mm black mineral torch on Capsheet. All edging details were also finished in the same material.

All waste was removed from site and disposed of in the correct manner.
