A job we completed recently was this flat felt roof to a new build garage roof in Sutton Coldfield.
The customer had built his own garage and asked us to fit a new felt roof on it.
When we arrived, the customer had already fitted the 18mm OSB3 boarding. We then applied a 2mm torch on underlay felt followed by a 4.5mm black mineral torch on Capsheet.
This roofing system carries our standard 15 year manufacturers guarantee.
